SCANCO Medical has been a pioneer in the field of high-resolution computed tomography for more than two decades. Starting with the first installation in Switzerland in 1988 we now have systems for medical and industrial applications operating on six continents.

µCT50 combines submicron pixel size (nanoCT) with a large field-of-view, making this system extremely versatile. The optional sample changer accommodates up to 12 sample holders, and a filter changer offering 4 different materials can be fitted. Variable filter and X-ray power settings greatly increase the range of materials that can be scanned.
